- Get a the conclusive solution out of all the approach and state that.
- Let them think that they are smarter, as you conclude with a mixed solution it will make them think that it’s their solutions.

Let’s take and example
A, B, C are three friends. A thinks he is always right and having half knowledge, B is the smarter one who knows the context. C is is also the knowledgeable person but aggressive one.
The topic is Once Kolkata was the capital of India. A didn’t agree and says it was never. B knows it was once, but B is silent. C says it was Once. They both asked for B’s opinion. He said A and C both are right, then he asked both of them that what if Mumbai becomes a capital of India. Both A and C says yes it can be as this is one of the economically strengthen city. Then again B asked what if Kolkata becomes a second capital of India. Again both agreed and says yes it would be better as this is the 2nd largest city in Asia. Then B reached at final conclusion and state that Kolkata was a capital of British India ( When India was independent) .
As Kolkata was the capital that’s why we considering this as the second capital. This solutions contains both solution that it was a capital of India and it was not a capital of India(as India also referred British India at the time).
If you become silent and get a smart way then you can handle any kind of persons.
